      Pros

      Nice Colleagues Nice year-parties (Summer and Winter) Boring work but very easy (everyone can work there)

      Cons

      No trainings Not communication at all with the managers No invest on employees Boring company HR department sucks Countryheads without any knowledge (even Excel skills) No possibility of changing the department Sucks in every single point Flexibility at work not possible (no Home office)

      Pros

      You can learn when you are starting in the online marketing world. You have access to many tools and they provide you training to continue growing in the company.

      Cons

      In some point you get stucked and don't lear anymore. They don't provide further training in other languages but German and you are unable to continue growing in the company. Also they share too much every task and you are finally doing just 1 thing, what makes you to be bored really soon. Nobody there was motivated.
