      Pros

      Hardly any besides hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start. Between the horrible management, lack of training, and expecting perfection from the start, it was by far the worst place I've ever worked. Constantly told I wasn't good enough and small mistakes were harshly scrutinized. I have never once felt like I wasn't good at my job until I worked here. The people are unfriendly, unhelpful, and billing rates are astronomically high, much higher than other competitors in NYC, then they get mad when projects go over budget.

      Everyone is very kind and willing to help. I feel like they are genuinely finding me good learning experiences and trying to help me learn and improve.

      Cons

      My job typically has long hours and I have been asked to do work on weekends/comp days in addition to the built in OT.
