      Nice office atmosphere but no benefits or evolution

      Pros

      Fun team to work with and beautiful office. Colleagues from many countries in Europe that are nice to socialize with.

      Cons

      Low salary (as most language jobs in BCN), no benefits, no evolution. It is a given that you move on after a certain period. They don't really care about you as a person as they know this fact anyway. Also there is a rule of 1 year before you can move to SAP.

      No Pros, The salary isn't great, the culture is bad, the benefit are inexistant

      Cons

      No possibility of career development, no raise, management is terrible, and the company politics makes things worst - do not go there
