First day in they hand me 4-5 tiny and unclean laptops to see which one works. By the 4th laptop one allowed me to login. They handed me cleaning wipes to clean it myself as another former colleague had used it previously with his account still active. - monitor cables kept disconnecting. - only really one person in the Belfast office so zero craic or atmosphere. - Messy office - get you to sign an agreement to allow you to work longer than the max number of hours expected over here. First red flag - no introductions to anyone in company, no welcomes from the guys in the US. Kinda awkward tbh - project is a mess with a battle going on between US and Belfast, bad situation to be in - people there are overworked. - I was told by people there that they got into issues with booking holidays off and calls during that time asking them to come in. - The biggest piece of all this is the CEO, who shouts at people for taking a day off and referred to them as something I shall not repeat! All in all a rather horrible experience, and After two days I left the company and looking for something else! Avoid at all costs!
