Great people with a clear goal

Pros

Great people to work with and for, employees really seem to care about the direction the company is headed. Keep up the great work

Cons

Early on training was a little rough but management has identified this as an area that needs improvement and has implemented new systems and processes to improve training for new employees.

Pros

work from home , decent pay if you just do your job and do not say yes to all their requests to work more hours , okay co-workers

Cons

leadership has 0 idea of what is going on about 75% of the time supervisors are NEVER available they push core values but do not value their employees bonuses are a joke the worst systems to work with ever constant complaints from customers on pricing because ALLO offers 0 deals for their customers and rip people off hiding behind their fiber is best image open door policy as long as you do not say to much you will jump through hoops there is way to many high school type clicks in leadership roles they DO NOT TRAIN ANYONE PROPERLY AT ALL constant turn over burnt out employees within months HORRIBLE benefits do not work here if you need medical Brad is invisible but so are his little cronies who work under him crooked little company that serves up a nice plate of good ol' American pie that ends up slammed in your face - be prepared to sink or swim you are on your own mostly due to short staffed leadership horrible training just a company going down the drain

Pros

Very nice equipment and vehicles to use for work. The people below upper management are amazing.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what issues are going on and the policies that are put into place that affect everyone below them.
