Full disclosure: I stopped working at ALPS in 2014 but needed to submit a review to continue accessing Glassdoor. At the time, I really enjoyed all of my coworkers and had a hard time leaving because of that.

Cons

I found there was limited room for growth in the Transfer Agency so I left.
