      Pros

      Great people to work with. A casual environment and always busy. Lots of paid time off because of religious holidays.

      Cons

      Definitely overworked and under paid. Positions are mis-titled and people are underpaid for what they do. Upper management is extremely out of touch with their employees. Employee contribution to their medical benefits is outrageous and the deductible is unbearable.
