Pros

Good benefits, highly motivated "new grads", majority of the people are nice. Very good at project management. Will teach what you need in the business word (xls, ppt, etc).

Cons

Projects are a hit or miss. Salary of around 65k is below the street. At the end of the day, you are still a consultant so what you learn is very limited to the "sector" that you cover. Senior management tend to over promise. No career guidance. Majority of middle management are not engaged. Huge disparity in terms of ambition and motivation between junior and senior levels. Thinking can be quite granular at times. Execs tend to always want to sell. Very, extremely, incredible cheap. Firm is chaotic.

Pros

Lot of opportunities, small company, and it's a great way to get your foot into the door. People are nice as well.

Cons

Really unoccupied when you are on the bench and there is no work to do. The office kind of sucks and is too outdated.

Pros

The people and relationships at this company make it a great place to work. Some of my coworkers will be live long friends.

Cons

Being a new company with inherent levels of uncertainty at the upper management level, it seems some executive decisions were made haphazardly.
