Good product. Lots of office politics. Morale issues.

Work on the engineering side. Better management.
Cons
Beware. Lots of office politics. Morale at lower levels and lower paid workers is not good and not a concern to upper management. Favoritism definitely shown towards manufacturing and engineering departments. No room for advancement.

Professional manufacturing team. Solid Quality Assurance team. Great medical device, it's already making a positive difference in the lives of a few patients.
Cons
A lot of office politics for such a small organization. Beware the favoritism shown a few in the Operations side. Top managers are aloof regarding lower level morale and activities.
