      Made Redundant 3 weeks after starting

      Pros

      The office was really nice. Great laptops, tech etc.

      Cons

      Poor work culture with lots of gossiping from older staff even inside the people and culture department. One week after starting, i was pulled into a meeting where i was told the office was relocating and i had 2 months to find a new job and that i wasn't eligible for redundancy pay.

      Staff are great if you have a good team

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between head office and sites. Head office have very little awareness of what goes on at a site level. Like most places there are good and bad employees.
