Pros

Work from home. No commute. You'll become extremely familiar with the workflows.

Cons

Training was heavily dependent on workflows rather than hands-on guidance. Limited trainer availability, especially for employees working different schedules. Role felt more like a high-volume call center than a nursing position. Significant emphasis on productivity metrics and call volume. Frequent micromanagement and scrutiny of call activity and documentation. Many patients were confused or frustrated by repeated outreach calls. Heavy reliance on workflows for answers and decision-making. High volume of repetitive outbound calls throughout the day. Limited opportunity to use clinical judgment compared to traditional nursing roles. Support often felt inadequate when questions arose during production.

Pros

The only pro of this company is that it is remote.

Cons

Patient care is not the focus. Money is. It's a scam
