Pros

Prime location ...When you go for your interview you should almost be certain to have the job especially after your second round interview.

Cons

You interviews steel change from your car...We have team nights at McGillicuddy's in Roxborough. You cant even eat your 25 cent wings in peace because your employees will steel the chicken wings right off of your plate because they can't afford to buy their own...thats how low your checks will be...Only managment benifits from your hard days worked. It is the basic pyramid scheme...they sell you an opportunity that will never happen...They will tell you it's perforomanced based that's just the cover up term for 100% comission...no foot traffic no earnings...which is why everyone that works here except for managment is poor...

Pros

Great atmosphere Good team members

Cons

Honestly it's all good in the beginning but it's difficult to do once you get promoted. Work outside Have to pay for travel expenses Work from Monday and if requirements aren't met until Sunday. Great opportunity but it takes away from your personal life.

Pros

They hire amazing employees. Everyone who was at my position was nice, smart, and attentive.

Cons

Unsafe work environments, full commission, mandatory UNPAID meetings. On my first day there was a mandatory meeting when i arrived at work by 9:00a.m. Employees must participate even though they are not getting paid to be there. By the time 10:00am came, everyone had to pack up what they needed for the day(phones) and went outside to get leads for the company. When my trainee and i went to a location(outside of a supermarket) our jobs were to try to speak to everyone who walks by about the free cellphones from the government. Most people were rude, violent, and disrespectful. The environment was SUPER UNSAFE: we worked outside a supermarket where the manager then asked me and my co- worker to leave because we were harassing their shoppers. To them, we looked like con artists. This was not professional at all on amf global's end. However, I was NOT getting paid for time and travel, only commission. I then had to pay money to go to another location in front of another super market: this place was not walking distance, i used a cab to take me there, oh and again, that was not paid for by the company i worked for. To make a long story short: it was a TERRIBLE experience and i only got paid for the amount of ppl who actually opened a account for the phone with me. Then, your first pay check doesn't come until 3 weeks after you've worked. So, to wrap it all up i worked from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and only made about 27$ because you only get 7 dollars for each person who signs up and get a phone. 10hrs of work and 27$? This should be illegal because that was basically lower than minimum wage. It was a PURE Scheme and the company is all about getting their name out there. The Don't care about the wonderful people that works for them and does all of the ground work. I was fast talked in the interview and first day of work. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Luckily for me i found a way better job when i left. I also never received my first pay, and the job tried not to give it to me because i quit.

AMF Global Response

Hey Reviewer, We were wondering if this review was meant for our company. Most of what has been mentioned and described does not apply to employment at our firm. We try to be courteous when it comes to feedback, but this seems to be an antagonistic and colorful review. Unclear what line of work you were in where you were uncomfortable but we don’t believe it was here because of the positive mindset and atmosphere our company is based off of. All in all we do in fact wish you the best of luck in your future. Take care and “keep moving forward”. Sincerely, AMF Global Management Team
