      Great culture and lots of upside for anyone joining today. Incredible products to feel confident sharing with clients. One of the best stories in the asset management industry.

      Cons

      Lots of work to do on getting advisors to know what we offer. At times it can feel overwhelming with so many strong investment strategies.
