Overwhelmingly great benefits and worked with a few amazing colleagues.
Cons
I could write a novel about why not to work here, but I will just say that I should have listened to the many employees that would stop me and whisper in the hallways to get out while you can. I realized a lot of employees are only staying for the great health plan benefits because it’s certainly not the respect or pay. I wish I knew about Glassdoor before starting at AMG because I would have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.
