      Pros

      Good company to work for, there is a lot of exposure to everything and everyone in the business. It's nice to see people grow within the company and move up organically. People are treated fairly and with respect. Work life balance is a priority.

      Cons

      There are a few "golden" employees that do whatever they want, but every company has that.
