Pros
-We have a president and owner who really cares -Each employee is treated like a family member -Our team is made up of individuals who all share the same core set of values -Salary is competitive with other similar companies -We make really cool stuff, designs are challenging and fun -We have profit sharing
Cons
As a smaller company the turnover is somewhat high and we don't have a pension or retirement plan of any kind
