      Executive Leadership genuinely cares about the employees Pay/benefits/bonuses are generous and competitive Work/Life balance is strongly encouraged/enforced

      It can be challenging to try to keep everyone engaged when employees are spread out throughout the country With a new managerial structure in place, communication issues are still being identified and dealt with

      Good quality and very interesting work

      Cons

      Not too bad pay but could pay more to match or beat market value, better 401k plan and bonuses, raise is very low, lower than inflation

      Pros

      1. They work well with their customers 2. Teams are really close. Everyone works extremely well together and the management sets up a fun environment to work at. 3. Management gave me opportunities to learn when I was once not qualified to do something. Mentorship is huge here. 4. Its a small company so there is a lot of room to grow into.

      Cons

      1. Work can sometimes run late but never more than any other position at tech companies.
