      No diversity in lead positions, schedule subject to change at any time

      good pay is the only pro

      Cons

      very long hours, there are no people of color in the lead or office position, you will be hired and given a set schedule and told that this will be permanent however it will change in the middle of the year no matter what you discuss prior to coming on board as an associate.
