      The pay is average and competitive.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what it is doing. The CEO is clueless on a good day. We have changed direction several times and still aren’t sure where this company is going!

      Anagog has a very special product. That's why my position here has its challenges and interests. There are great people, great ideas, and fun to be here. The salary is very good and the management treats people with respect. I love the fact that Anagog's allows me to express my creativity and except any innovative ideas from the employees side. I feel
