      Great group of brilliant scientists doing cutting edge research tempered with a pragmatic approach to drug development. Work culture of empowerment yet with accountability and humility at all levels.

      Cons

      Great ideas often overlooked in favor of good ideas but at this stage of the company being risk averse is understandable. Communication and alignment have become challenging as the company grows.
