BE CAREFUL. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY (JAIL). Iam worked here so many year's but this is jail. At proper realeave time they will not give your orginal certificate. At interview time they don't say about bond and original certificate requirements. At the joining time they ask original certificate if you give your certificate then they 100 percentage not give your certificate. They suck your blood and they will make you as mental. For releaving from this company you need to file FIR Complaint in police and after that idiot HR will give your certificate. You need to work hard but they will not give proper increment. This is not a IT company. It is fake company. Plz fresher's and experience candidates dont prefer this company. Your future will be spoiled by this company and HR. At interview time they speak well and after many years of service they will not leave you easily. You need FIR complaint. BELOW GOOD COMMENTS ARE FAKE COMMENTS. Very low pay. All educational certificates have to be surrendered to them and will be returned only if we serve 2 years to them. You will get the experience letter only after 3 months from the date of leaving the company, that too it will be sent by post. Only 3 hours of permission per month and you have to get approval for the same before 3 days. You have to check-in exactly by 9:00 AM. If you are punching in after 9:00, and if it is being done on a daily basis, they will consider it as late entry and deduct it from your salary. If you leave before 6, they will ask you too many questions as to the type and quality of work you are doing. If you go after 8, even without doing any work, you are a hard-worker. No breaks can be taken. Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be served directly to your place. You cannot go and take them directly. Only 2 biscuits per person. Unhygienic work place and smelly restrooms. Work place will be more like a dungeon All the verticals have so called "leads" and "project managers" whose only task is to belittle those working under them No health care benefits No humanity Micro management No work life balance 6 days a week of work No mobile phone usage during office hours Lunch hour would be tracked and if it goes above 30 mins, you need to compensate on that day, else salary would be deducted. If you do not spend 8 hours in the bay excluding lunch hours, salary would be deducted. No comp-off for additional hours worked. Family run business, Jayantra (elder brother) is the CEO, Prashath (younger brother) is the COO, Jayachandran (father) is the chairman. Hence they have their own rules. No one can govern them, even the laws in India, atleast that's what they think. HR job is just to hire and fire employees. No people management. Negative environment
