Experts in printing technology with a solid reputation in the industry. Willing to invest in equipment. Owners are nice people who care about employees. Good benefits.
Cons
Family business management style is old school. There is no sales management; no CRM or other activity/prospect tracking. A "Just get it done" mentality. Marketing support was non-existent. Core business is manufacturing so the culture is very much like a factory.
