Pros
Great office facilities with a proper gym Good socials and events often led by EDI communities Working with great people aligned towards the same goals Clear strategy from leadership Private healthcare. Free electric car charging. Volunteering days. Charity events. Focus of events moving more towards inclusivity than just always getting hammered.
Cons
Honestly I've not found too many in recent times. Some of the parties aren't as big and boozy as they used to be but i'm getting old anyway, so no bad thing.
