The organization is fortunate to have leaders who are approachable, humble, and genuinely invested in the growth of their teams. One such leader is Sushil Sirohi, who leads by example, treats everyone as part of one team, and consistently empowers people to perform at their best. He is supported by leaders like Sandeep Khandelwal and Anurag, who are equally down-to-earth, accessible, and always willing to guide and support teams on the ground. Their leadership creates a positive and motivating workplace where people can learn, grow, and succeed together.
