Pros

Pros: The hybrid work environment provides an excellent work-life balance, complemented by a supportive team culture where colleagues are always eager to collaborate on complex challenges. There is a strong sense of camaraderie, and the company offers significant professional learning opportunities along with a generous leave policy.

Cons

Unfortunately, the leadership lacks clear direction, which significantly impacts team productivity. Management frequently sets unrealistic ETAs for stakeholders without understanding the technical requirements or the actual workflow of the team. This disconnect between management's expectations and the reality of the work causes unnecessary pressure and strain on the team members.
