Where do I even start? First of all the fact that they don't even give you a proper appointment letter so that they can play the ugliest games when you decide to leave the job. They will behave like angels when you join them but none of their employees stays for more than a few months. No proper HR, the owner herself do the work of HR and impose company policies forcefully on you. No employee benefit - Yes, no benefits. Not even proper leaves. It was the worst decision of my life to work for them. I will never recommend them to anyone not even to my worst enemy. One more thing, all ratings are fake. They ask their own employees to rate them five stars on google and glassdoor.

Poor management. No HR I've seen 8-10 employees leaving the company every month. No new and experienced employee sticks here. Companies Policies are imposed here directly so that their ego can be satisfied. Only few people in the employer's group are employees other are just slaves. Everytime they'll send u mail saying Do 'this' tasks so that we can credit your salary. Too much politics in a startup. As I'm from a creative field, I can say that they've zero technical knowledge in terms of motion graphics. They only know how to execute a template. No work Life balance, the offer letter clearly states that no official chat to be done on whatsapp but the official things are on What'sapp everytime. They'll be so buttery in the starting employment days because no employees stuck to them. Just ask them the reason for it. They'll sneekpeak / hop on to your linkedin and other social media platforms and if they'll get to know that you're finding new job then rather than solving the issue they'll play politics like holding your salary with some small petty reasons or counting you your mistakes or imposing company policies. Fake Google reviews, all the reviews on Google are from the employees and some of them just stayed for a week in the company. They'll insist you for review in your starting buttering days. You might see them laughing and enjoying on the floor while working but you'll get to know about the Hitler inside them soon.
