1. Upper management and investors breathing down your neck based of consciously false and unattainable expectations. 2. My team had to do the job of its own manager. This include trying to find something to do because there was no directions, and being scolded anyway by upper management. 3. Working on projects that were supposedly discussed with other teams, then when completing the project the other team would ask us why we wasted time on this as they never asked us to work on the "discussed" topics.
