      Pros

      I decided to leave because the company is managed by bullies with an old-school mentality. The CEO plays favourites, and if you speak up, you get punished. The workplace is full of nepotism, with promotions and opportunities going only to friends of leadership. There’s no genuine support for employees, and the culture is toxic.

      Cons

      Company going downhill fast with share price dropping dramatically since ceo took over - no surprise really as he has no idea how to operate blue collar company and totally disconnected from frontline reality.
