They hire you under false pretenses. To advance here is very hard due to the ever changing rules/goals they make on a day to day basis. They have some good employees, but the ones who make the decision to weather you have a job or not, only care about themselves. You are required to work OT often and they only pay HALF time when you do work OT. (About 7 ish dollars an hour) Daily you wonder if this is the day they will fire you because you didn't mean a certain number. It's unfortunate to put that fear on people who work hard for you. The training is poor and they essentially throw you to the wolves. If you have a bad day you are on the chopping block right away. Meanwhile the Daughter of the owner comes and goes for eyelash extension appointments/trainer appointments, or whatever else she needs done, then returns and barks orders and commands.
Bottom line, I worked my tail off for them, I was on call for any of my guys at all hours and was almost always the first to check emails to try to gain new people under me, but it all amounted to nothing in the end. My advice, The turn over is constant, I would recommend not even bothering to apply.
