Pros

You get a lot of vacation time I guess and sometimes get to work hybrid or remote

Cons

-Total dead end job. No room for moving up the chain. -Extremely outdated systems prone to errors which you will be blamed for. -Over reliance on outdated, insecure systems leaving systems open to vulnerabilities. -Full of stubborn characters that don’t like change. If you want to make change, don’t say anything and pray they don’t pick up on it. If you can keep your head down and do the job of at least 3 people while being underpaid, this job is for you.

Pros

Flexibility in schedule. No stress job. Not a lot of overtime.

Cons

Compensation was low. We had to travel a lot— sometimes last minutes. The budget they set for hotels and meals was not always enough for certain areas. I learned non-profit organization still promote special interest.
