Pros
Great place to learn, develop and expand your self in all areas of experience. because it is the development stages of growing and expanding, you will find yourself dealing with many challenges that thrust you forward into finding creative solutions. Also i love that the atmosphere allows for anyone to implement a solution. The current CEO maintains an open door policy with respect to solution based thinking.
Cons
I only see room for improvement and growth, so its hard to really find a CON. work life balance is a bit tough due to limited human resource, but I expect that to change soon.
