      CEO arjun is good, work life balance , flexible timings, weekends are off

      Cons

      No job security as management hires/fires based on their mood. only one person is handling the HR department who doesn’t have any knowledge in this field and no experience. She doesn’t have any educational background in HR, still she is HR due to sympathy from CEO. Company changes its policies overnight without any prior notice. Employees are under eagle eye always, does not have freedom to express their opinions and views. Constantly employees are being questioned on their education and credibility. Management only wants to hire trainees in less budget and wants them to do all the work. HR is biased and does not know how to talk with her colleagues. Management gives their favourite employee work from home benefits to work on hybrid mode without any background checks Worst company culture, small company, ceo keeps an eagle eye and puts false allegations on employees.

      A Great Organisation to Start your Journey

      Although I spent very less time with the organisation but I will always cherish every bit of time spend in the first organisation of my professional career - Great mentor-ship under the Guidance of MD of the company Mr. Alok Singh - Great environment which give you a place to express your thoughts and experiments - Good learning place when you have just come out of a educational setup to professional environment - Direct dealing with the International clients which help to understand work ethics followed across the globe - Flat organisation structure which values the opinion of each and every employee of any level and keep them involved in the decision making - You will be trusted and empowered to make decisions - Hard work is valued, appreciated and rewarded by the management - You will be challenged with new assignments and roles which will test every bit of your character and help you to excel - You will get hand-on experience of the every aspect of business development thus work as an incubator if you have entrepreneurship dreams

      Cons

      Only if you don't have big dreams and want a easy cozy comfortable environment and want to isolate from the Dynamism of the changing business environment then this is not the place to be in. In the beginning compensation may be a little low however once you prove your worth you will never regret it

      Absolutely unprofessional, very very disrespectful bosses that bully their employees and make fun of your mental health. They will call your parents and try to teach them how to parent you, they will take screenshots of your laptop every 2 minutes, they will make false accusations that are not just rude but inhumane, they will go beyond work and comment on your entire personality because they think they have the right to humiliate someone just because they have a small company that is good for nothing. Too many politics, where the father-son duo for bosses will share horrible stories of each other behind their backs and ask you to accept them for who they are whenever you take a genuine concern of unprofessional behaviour of theirs to them, no policies or HR and they make you helpless and mentally abuse you. I have been truly mentally disturbed by this organization and words cannot explain the trauma I faced with Alok and Arjun and blamed myself for a long time before the truth was made obvious to me on discussing with former employees of this organization and all the other companies in this industry and what the true image of Alok is in the market.
