Pros
You learn how not to behave as a manager. You also learn that the mindset of 1950's America is alive and well in some companies.
Cons
If you're an evangelical Republican, then this is the place for you. If not, you'll feel completely out of place. The pay is ridiculously low. The benefits for this particular franchise were minimal at best. We were told that we should feel grateful that the owner gave us as much as he did.

Unless you are a trump obsessed bigot this is a terrible work environment. Women are treated as second class citizens. Colliers cut ties with them because of their absurd views. Only apply here if you’re desperate.
