      Toxic management has ruined company morale

      Pros

      APG used to be a great place to work, since new management took over at the end of 2025, they have destroyed the company morale, no longer do any events for the staff, and micromanage all employees. Staff are dropping like flies, seriously, work anyplace else.

      See pros, there are too many cons to count. Paul hasn’t been the CEO since Oct 2025, he made APG wonderful.

      Remote work options Individual contributors and some managers are great to work with Working to reduce the number of meetings but there is still a long way to go

      Cons

      Terrible senior management Compensation Low levels of respect and professionalism Technology Lots of politics and favoritism Workload Dont live values No diversity other than factory teams Turnover is significantly higher than it should be No female senior leadership despite 20 years of seniority and great performance
