      Fantastic people, work-life balance, competitive pay.

      Cons

      Prioritizing solving social issues and climate leadership over achieving returns may be hard to understand. Unclear governance and fiduciary model leading to horrible communication and a lot of frustration among staff.

      Poor governance and performance

      Pros

      The Hong Kong management currently makes no decisions, so everyone only heeds the headquarters, where office politics often dominate. As a result, underperformers can maintain long tenures. While this environment may be comfortable for average performers, it also creates challenges for fostering accountability and growth. If you are a average performer, it will be one of the best places you can work at.

      Cons

      It has shifted from being a true asset owner to merely an asset manager, incurring higher costs due to the middle and back office operations in the Netherlands.
