Quiet and clean office, employee events on holidays

Cons

Tall poppy syndrome bullying, too cool for school vibe. Not a genuinely friendly place to work at. A lot of show and no real humane treatment.

Cons

Overworked and under appreciated. Rare opportunities for internal promotion and career progression. Lack of integrity where the CEO went back on her offer. Toxic work culture, where staff were being bullied by their colleagues
