      Learned a lot, but ultimately couldn't keep up

      My team was a fun group of people to work with. A lot of pair programming and exchange of ideas.

      Cons

      Terrible communication. You are expected to have job responsibilities outside your job description. These job responsibilities vary widely between team members with the same title. Be prepared to be overworked andd burnt out with no support from management when you go to them for help. To be honest, I'm glad I didn't stay, it was a weight off my shoulders.

      Ability to work remotely when you need it

      During my time here, the management changed. The previous management made some mistakes which the current management is trying to fix. They aren't doing a good job as the changes are too slow. I didn't like it here during all my time.

      At this workplace, everyone was doing more tasks than what was expected of them. No feedback was given for the work done, so you just assumed you are doing everything right.
