      The company management is worst and they do not give respect to people. This consulting company should be your last choice always.

      As subject line says "Ethical", I never came across companies who follow ethics, Integrity and Empathy in all there operations. Complete Transparency from top to Bottom, not much layers between employee and top management. Highly reputed Clients are here and with a good relationships build over a time. All your efforts are being appreciated not just only the results. Opportunities to learn a lot. Stability in career and NO "Micro management". CEO himself is an advocate of "Good Mental Health" as first priority among all other. New and good initiatives or suggestions are highly welcomed here. No matter which post you hold. Good and satisfactory compensation including benefits. Salaries/Incentives paid in or before time but never after. Much Flexible in the operations and everyone works like a "closed knit Family".

      Cons

      Good, trustable and talented Employees are not much high in numbers here and we need more of them on whom company can rely and those who can build company's pillars more strong.
