      Worst pharma company you will work with.

      Nothing... It's a hell... Join to spoil your career.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, company needs slaves not good employees, senior management has no clue what is pharma world , 59 people resigned in 4 months. Wanna come into FDA black list please join the company. All malpractices will be asked to do. It's a way to hell.

      Pros

      Nothing. Can't recollect if there is any even after working one year. Only good is that they do H1 B and it's most easy to clear interview as management doesn't know what to ask.

      Cons

      Micro management, HR is worst. They will watch your lunch box and time through camera what you have brought. Worst environment, non productive. No clue how Pharma business run. All map practice in documentation and analysis. Soon will be closed.
