Pros
This is a great company to work for. It is small and you will wear many hats on projects. But they have a great team with individuals who don't mind helping. You will work on the entire process of a project, so you will get to do BA, some coding, testing, debugging and production support. You will typically work normal hours with some exceptions to get projects done.
