Colleagues or rather i would say mentors here are very helpful and you get a chance to do little bit of everything when you start, and once you realize your potential you can pursue your interest like be it development, testing, business development or SEO . In the development stream you will get to learn Html, Css, Php and lots of CMS’s as and when the projects come. The company has expertise on Drupal, opencart, magento and joomla. The company also has handson experience on wordpress too. In testing stream both automation and manual are followed as per client requirements.
Cons
The process of certain procedures that are followed in the company needs to be improved and should have SPOC for each of them
