The floor is broken into little tribes, The management is basically a gravy train that doesn't try to improve anything, and there's and "old boys club" made of insecure, unknowledgable men with a need for self-importance.

I worked in the accounting department, it was depressing! The management was terrible, the supervision was one of the worst I've had in my life (the person at the time was offended because I said her hair looked beautiful - she had cut her hair, she said that she implied that on other days it wasn't, and yes, she is older than 12 years old, OMG!). The owners aren't bad, but I can't understand why they keep such BAD professionals in their company, seriously! If you can, don't start working there!
