      Great for a junior design role, not so much for management aspirations

      Pros

      Great place to work if you have no career aspirations great place to work if you are into 4wd'ing and camping. Great place to work if you are interested in a design and manufacturing role which is very hands on and you want to learn a great deal in a short period of time. No longer than 2 years.

      Pay is below average for the industry Little recognition of work No career advancement or encouragement of career advancement.

      Pros

      Be part of the forefront of off roading design and innovation. Gain experience in new fields. Develop skills in multiple disciplines.

      Cons

      Politics - Company is largely made up of employees that have been promoted due to time served and not skill level. Therefor upper management is full of under qualified staff that resort to playing heavy politics in the workplace. This makes the environment hostile and prepares everyone for a knife in the back from managers above you. They expect 20%-100% overtime with no bonus or compensation given. Pay based on years served, rather than work performed. Managers are spiteful if you resign.

      If you like to Bludge, it's a great place to do so. Once your probation is up, you can relax.

      Cons

      See above. Many of us do more than our share and have to carry the incompetent, lazy bludgers we work along side. Everyone's pay rate is different. Brown noses get more than hard workers.
