Pros
Some great fellow employees to work with. Everyone working hard to get their job done within the constraints of management and sub-par equipment. Employees tend to work hard to keep the work going for their fellow employees, NOT for the owner.
Cons
Owner tends to go on witch hunts at times against certain employees. Personally seen the distrust multiple times against several employees. When you leave, know that it will not be on terms agreed upon and expect to be bad mouthed to current employees and others, no matter the circumstances.
