Pros

Some coworkers were genuinely supportive, and the experience helped me realize what I don’t want in a long-term role.

Cons

The biggest issue is the misalignment between what is promised during hiring and what you experience once you start. The role was presented as a stable full-time opportunity with predictable hours, but the actual schedule ended up being inconsistent, unpredictable, and often required early mornings, late nights, and weekend work. None of this was communicated during the interview or onboarding process. There is a heavy reliance on kiosk-style fieldwork in warehouse club environments, which was not mentioned upfront. Compensation ends up being much lower than expected because actual scheduled hours can be far below full-time, making it difficult to plan financially. Travel expectations can also be unreasonable at times, including long commutes without additional support, and constant shifting between locations with little notice. The culture feels very numbers-driven, and several employees are terminated quickly if their performance doesn’t spike immediately — sometimes without enough support or training. This creates a high-pressure environment where people don’t feel secure in their roles.
