      Pros

      *Higher than average pay. *Great co-workers. *Tight-knit work environment. *Good company values and mission.

      Cons

      *Old-school leadership style. *Corporate communication is very poor. *A work culture of ambiguity. *PTO probationary period. *Un-flexible scheduling. *No remote work opportunities. *Sometimes contacted outside office hours to complete work.

      Pros

      -Decent pay that continues to grow as you work here longer. -The management is hands off when you do not need them and very helpful and responsive when you ask for help. If you are an adult and don't need someone constantly looking over your shoulder and requiring you to do things their way this is the place for you! -Benefits are very good, 18 days of PTO starting with Juneteenth and MLK Jr. Day as the two that really shows how progressive and inclusive the company is and they walk the walk that they talk. 2 floating PTO days to use when you need them. -Everyone is focused on providing the best possible healthcare to seniors in the areas we serve and doing it with great care to our seniors.

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons for me at this time but if you cannot operate in a work environment that requires you to be proactive and asks everyone to pitch in when things need done this isn't probably the right fit for you.

      Pros

      Direct contact with leadership, all the way to the CEO. Transparency. Work life balance is attainable with the generous PTO accruals and family culture promotion. Healthcare model is truly made to benefit our senior population.
