The main director is manipulative and ego. He asked me to send a resignation letter even I am not finished my probation yet. Can you imagine he could take 8 months to confirm a position for this one staff member but when it comes to me he didn't give me any chances. When other seniors asked him to give me a chance, he started attacking them. He asked HR to tell me about the resignation but he never dare to tell me or even text me to inform about it.

Typical Chinese boss. No increment, no bonus, very low salary, epf delayed for many months. All these has been happening for few years, even before the MCO started. Boss always make decisions without informing the staffs, eg epf never bank in on time but just keep quiet. Boss gave motivational talks and compliments only, you will not see any rewards.
