Works with schedule when need time off or need to be late

Cons

No pay raises. No bonuses. No paid time off. Managers are the sons of the owner and do not help employees when it gets busy. Owner is nice but never in the office. Complaints and concerns are ignored

With all the responsibilities you have it will make your resume look good wWheaton decide to apply for another job that appreciates your worth.

Cons

Too many responsibilities to get paid the amount you get paid. Even if you have years of experience you will get the same amount of pay as someone coming out of school and if you been there longer you will have more responsibilities and same pay. The owners aren't even in the medical field
