Pros

Was a young, startup organization. Lots of observation and feedback with your supervisor or principal/assistant principal. (One-on-One check-ins, etc.) Good at attempting different initiatives and solutions to support student progress and organizational efficiency.

Cons

Employment offers for one year at a time.

Pros

You may have good coworkers

Cons

The “leadership” is full of power hungry, gossiping, toxic, racist weirdos who have never taught or have only taught a few years and think teachers are stupid. They regularly speak poorly of teachers, students, parents. An absolute mess. Avoid at all costs. CEO is now Jolene Galpin who makes 6 figures and pays her teachers $40k.
