Pros
The work life balance is good, the health benefits are incredible. The org is full of good people with good personalities. I like the product I sell. My boss is a great guy, and my team are all great to work with and help each other, no negativity.
Cons
Pay is Meh. Organization is hard to understand as to whom runs what and who reports to who....The Netsuite outage for months is still causing issues, there's no PowerBI integrations/reporting available so I have no idea how I'm doing. There's a lack of sense of urgency amongst the more tenured salespeople. Recent PTO changes are understandable, but not super favorable for the employees.
