Pros
As a new employee (3 months), I was blown away by the onboarding experience I've had at this company. The leadership team here really puts in the time and effort to ensure that you know your resources, responsibilities, and how you integrate into the big picture.
My direct teammates and manager are also top-notch. My voice is heard, my ideas are incorporated, and I feel genuinely empowered to make an impact in my work. In past companies that I've worked for, I haven't been as fortunate, so I feel deeply appreciative to have found a company with a culture that is so supportive, sincere, and aligned with my own personal values.
It's also very refreshing that everyone here is aligned with one objective - delivering value to customers. Again, this was not something I've found in other companies. Often, departments have conflicting goals and end up butting heads, sabotaging each other's progress, and mistrusting each other. There's nothing like that here at all. Everyone trusts your good intentions and helps you with whatever needs you may have, and they do it with a smile. You can tell immediately that the people here love their jobs and it becomes contagious.
